These Terms of Service govern your use of Document Generator for Google Sheets. By using the add-on, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Document Generator for Google Sheets helps users generate Google Docs from rows in a Google Sheet using a Google Docs template selected by the user. The add-on may write generated document links and status information back to the active sheet.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the spreadsheet data, templates, output folders, and generated documents you use with the add-on.
• You must have the right to access and process the data and documents you choose to use.
• You must not use the add-on for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• You must comply with Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets terms that apply to your use.

Google Services

The add-on depends on Google services and Google APIs. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's applicable terms and policies, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Privacy

Our handling of user data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms by reference.

No Warranties

The add-on is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the add-on.

Changes to the Service

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the add-on. If changes materially affect privacy or data handling, we will update the Privacy Policy as described there.
